Operator Certification Training
Our certification training programs prepare operators for Arizona and New Mexico licensure in Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Water Distribution, and Wastewater Collection at all grade levels.
Two-day certification courses are offered in combined-level formats (e.g., Water Treatment Grades 1 & 2, Water Treatment Grades 3 & 4, Water Distribution Grades 1 & 2, etc.), allowing operators to efficiently cover the full Need-to-Know Criteria applicable to their exams.
Training is conducted March through October and is held at the Surprise Gateway Training Center in Surprise, Arizona.
New Mexico certification training is currently provided under contract only with EPCOR.
Each class includes:
A focused review of calculation questions
An interactive PowerPoint presentation covering core exam topics
A study guide for all participants
Professional Development Hours (PDH) certificates
